MANAGING PRINCIPAL
Mike is a seasoned commercial real estate operator with over 17 years of experience. He has sourced, financed, and operated investments across a variety of asset types, focusing primarily on multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties.

PRIOR TO FOUNDING AVIA EQUITIES
Over the last decade, Mike worked with Archway Equities, a Los Angeles based private equity firm, and Palmer Capital, a prominent California based boutique capital markets firm, as a Partner.
WHILE AT ARCHWAY
Mike executed over $700 million of multifamily and office acquisitions over a 6-year period.
WHILE AT PALMER CAPITAL
Mike specialized in the disposition of office, medical and retail properties in the Western United States, and completed over $1 billion of medical, office, industrial, and retail transactions.
Mike’s experiences over prior decades include his tenure as Managing Partner at an asset management arm of Sunland Group, a publicly traded Australian real estate developer managing over $1 billion dollars of mixed-use real estate projects, as well as a venture to the sales-side as an office broker at Colliers Canada.
Education
Mike holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University in Canada. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering as well as a Systems Engineering degree.
